The goal of our marketing is to put a property under contract, so for every deal that results from the campaign, you'll earn $300. With no limit to how many deals you can benefit from.

At the end of the campaign, we'll return your initial investment in full, making this opportunity essentially risk-free. Think of it as a loan with the potential to earn some extra cash along the way. And if the campaign doesn't yield any leads, don't worry--we'll still pay you back your initial investment plus 5%.

At the core of our business is our marketing strategy. To keep our deals flowing, we need to connect directly with homeowners who are looking to sell. Our go-to method? Handwritten letters.

Using our state-of-the-art software, we build a list of homeowners who fit specific criteria that make them more likely to sell their homes. For example, someone who has owned their home for 5+ years and lives out of state is often a better candidate than a new homeowner who's only been in their home for a year.

Once we've compiled the list, we present it to you along with the total number of homeowners and the length of the campaign, which typically spans 3-6 months and involves reaching out to between 50-500 individuals per month. The cost of the campaign ranges from $100 to $2,000 per month.

When you sponsor a campaign, we take care of everything else. We send the letters, communicate with the homeowners, and handle all the legwork. And when a homeowner calls us and we close on a deal to buy their home, you earn a referral fee of $300. And here's the best part: there's no limit to how many referral fees you can earn!

FAQ’s

  • If we go the whole length of the campaign but no deals are closed we will still pay you back your principal amount plus a 5% interest rate! Better than your savings account.

  • Sometimes people call the day they get a letter and sometimes it isn’t until the 6th letter that they respond, but as soon as we are able to strike a deal and CLOSE ON THE PROPERTY, you will be paid the next day. You will then be paid back your principal amount after the campaign has ended.

  • You will make $300 PER property we close on in your campaign. On average we expect to close about 1 deal per 750 home owners over a 3-6 month period.
